Linda Olson | President and Founder
Linda Olson, president of Olson Associates, LLC brings over 30 years of quality management consulting experience to the table. She is an ASQ certified Quality Manager (CQM – now referred to as CMQ/OE, certificate expired). She graduated from Taylor University with a BS in Business Administration and Economics along with an Associates Degree in Systems Analysis. Linda started her career as a Systems Engineer with EDS and then as a Management Consultant with Touche Ross (now Deloitt). In 1985 Linda started Olson Associates, LLC.
Christina Eyles | CEO
Christina leads the Olson Associates, LLC team to ensure the correct skillsets are applied to customer issues. She works with clients advising them on integrating technology to meet their business objectives, improve business processes, and increase operational effectiveness. Industry experience in Fortune 500 companies, including: travel and hospitality, finance, government contracts, retail, and out-sourcing.
Millie M. - Quality Manager
Millie leads the quality teams, providing oversight to SOP management and Deliverable management, ensuring quality standards are adhered to. She also serves as the lead internal quality auditor. Millie provides support for risk management and contract compliance. She maintains and tracks Continuous Service Improvements and Corrective Actions to closure. She is an ASQ Certified Quality Analyst.
Bryan O. - Service Level Agreement (SLA) Manager
Bryan Olson has worn many hats while working for OIson Associates, LLC including security vulnerability manager, SOP manager and now SLA manager. Bryan ensures that SLA metrics are collected and reported accurately an on-time. In depth analysis and research is performed to ensure accuracy. He identifies recommendations for improvement and streamlines the process through use of technology.
Doug K. - Security Analyst
As a certified NIST Cybersecurity Framework Professional Practitioner, Doug provides security management support for Olson Associates. Doug ensures cyberscope reporting is provided and supports Continuous Monitoring and reporting activities. He also ensures external auditors are provided requested artifacts.

Kelsi manages deliverables on a large government subcontract for Olson Associates, LLC. She is responsible for ensuring over 100 deliverables are delivered on time each month at an acceptable quality level. Kelsi brings a structured approach to ensure that customer and contract requirements are adhered to.

Jennifer provides quality management support and ensures customer satisfaction on a large government subcontract for Olson Associates, LLC. She facilitates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) development, supports on-time deliverables, assists with creation of the monthly report and performs follow-up as needed.

Sarah takes the lead in many internal audits, identifing opportunities for improvement. She also is proficient at ensuring quality management standards are met on documents and SOPs. Sarah has a background in vulnerability management and reporting.

Kristy manages the development and updating of over 150 SOPs. These are delivered to the customer twice a year and require careful tracking.

Deborah provides support to the SOP manager to ensure SOPs meet program standards.
